WIP Wednesday | Needlin’ & Hookin’

Here’s what I have that I’m working on this week! I’m a little sidetracked tonight because we just signed paperwork and someone is buying our house! They accepted our counter offer (yay!!!!) So looks like that leaves us out ahead!

I have 2 projects right now (well 3 or 4 if I actually think about it) but the two I’ll show are a crochet chunky cowl I’m working on for my cousin, and another Christmas gift knit circular cowl using the lovely Ravelry pattern found here.

I like how quick this one is going! I’m using 2 strands of bulky Knitpicks “Billow” 100% cotton yarn. Man is it soft!  I used the super handy double crochet foundation chain so that it would be a bit more stretchy and that’s working out pretty well!

Next I’m using my ever-so-yummy Malabrigo Worsted Yarn, the color is called “Mariposa” and I just love working with it. It’s like a dream!

That’s about it for now! I need to do the not-so-fun weaving in ends for a couple other projects and then post about those. But you know, starting new projects is SO fun!

What’s on your needle or hook now?
